It was a cold Tuesday evening while at work, a young lady was brought in by her ‘husband’ with complaint of sudden bleeding from her private part.My first impulse was probably a miscarriage seeing the amount of blood she had lost and was losing. But after further investigation, she was not pregnant, neither was she losing any pregnancy.

i was left with the task of unraveling the mystery behind the sudden onset bleeding from a woman’s parts.
After further evaluation, i found out it happened after they had just had sex and the source of the bleeding was from the cervix.

Giant Phallus
Inadequate lubrication
Sex in postmenopausal women
Rape
Sexual assault on underaged children(girls)
Use of intimacy gadgets
This may also require surgical correction

3.Vulva Laceration– This occurs when the outer most part of the female Instruments is traumatised. The risk factors include

Rape
Sexual assault on underaged children(girls)
Use of intimacy gadgets
Multiple penile penetration
4.Vaginismus- This occurs when the muscles of the vaginal opening goes into spasm, thereby arresting the Penis within the vaginal.
This is very dangerous since it can compromise blood flow to the man’s organs. This is a highly dreaded sex injury
It is usually associated with severe pains in both the man and the woman.
