Coconut oil can also be used to boost immunity. But it should be used in moderation.

It contains substances known to have natural antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties.

Coconut's oil has saturated fats that do not contain cholesterol.

It is advised to be consumed by individuals above 40yrs because of its health benefits...
