If US does not consider IPOB as terrorists group how come Buhari does? This is a sign that Buhari is failing in governance and unaware of the meaning terrorism I advice the president and his law advisers to check the meaning of the word terrorist in the dictionary. The US and Global Terrorist Index declared Herdsmen no 4 most dangerous terrorist group in the world yet Buhari of Nigeria refused to declare same. Haha? Why would Jega do this to Nigeria? Jega has succeed in imposing half educational baked person on Nigeria hence all these inconsistences we are witnessing. Uncertificated leader ,what a shame
