Etc is an open statement which can mean anything. It could mean boko haram or Vikings or pornhubs. So they should be specific because you don't just churn out anything you like in a country as fragile as this!

Having read through it, nothing unusual. It is a welcome development, Nigeria is not a banana Republic. It is needed.
