Ankara is not something that you will use for ages. Ankara has grades and hollandis is top grade, that's the one most mothers buy and keep 'bottom box' for special occasions, don't know the price but it's more than 10k for 6 yards.The above doesn't look like such.

If I can, I will buy a watch or shoe for 100k. Definitely not Ankara fabric. the only issue I have is with the Lady posting this convo on twitter. It's a little shady.

The truth is there are some things people spend on that are just as expensive, but don't last.
It all depends on taste and the size of your pocket.
