A reputable Town Planning consultancy firm in Lagos is looking to recruit an entry-level Town Planner. He/she must possess the following skills/qualities:

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of town planning
• Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection
• Effective writing techniques
• Knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office. AutoCAD and GIS will be an added advantage.
• Oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve vaguely defined practical problems
• Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of second class upper division in Urban and Regional Planning from a reputable university. He/she must not be older than 27 years.
