Does a Muslim child have the right to go to school?
If yes, can he learn memorisation of the Qur'an?
If yes, can s/he be tested on Math, English, Physics, Memorisation of the Qur'an?
If yes, how come this one is now act of kufr

I suggest that as Muslims, we should study our deen very well. Non-Muslims pick up the Qur;an and pick a verse out of context and legislate.
Muslims themselves don't do that, they study the deen over a long time to know what is halal or haram and to be able to do takfeer

At-Tirmidhi (1999), Abu Dawood (4091) and Ibn Maajah (59) narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn Mas‘ood that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:

“No one will enter Paradise in whose heart is an atom’s weight of arrogance and no one will enter Hell in whose heart is an atom’s weight of faith.” A man said: What if I like my clothes to look nice and my shoes to look nice? He said: “Verily Allah loves beauty; rather arrogance means rejecting the truth and looking down on people.”

Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.

QURAN RECITATION AND MEMORIZATION IS IBAADAT . . . QURAN COMPETION HAS NO PROOF IN ISLAM. RASUL AND ALL OTHER SALAFS DIDNT DO IT. . people doing quran c0mpetiti0n think of it as ibaadat, as part of islam. . where as its n0t ibaadat n0r part of islam and thereby making law into the deen, w0rshiping ALLAH with what HE didnt c0mmand us with = bida = kufru(if all c0nditi0ns are met)
