vedaxcool: If you have transacted with the Nigerian Government, you'd never argue in favor of NPA. The focus of government is on recurrent expenditures hence the reason why salary payment is a priority. Lump sump payments for services rendered by the FGN usually has to be routed via multiple bureaucratic bottlenecks, which all but makes life complicated for the service provider. |
