You are right , its bad time . You people people should face Christmas for naija, it go sweet for you people side. The ticket to come to Nigeria is almost $4k while the ticket to come to the US is around $1k.

There were some tickets for about 1600.

How do you search for tickets to go back to naija?

Hello House.
Has anyone experienced this scenario. I got a 221g and in trying to schedule a follow up appointment the calendar comes up blank. It's been 2days now and same thing is all I see. I have used laptop, tablet and phone and it's still the same. I have also written and called them yet no solution. Pls assist me if you have encountered this.thanks

I went online, search different websites and you can not find anything for that price from my side. It also depends on where you are coming from as well.

Guys, pls, what does the bellow mean as I'm confused and worried .

We write to notify you that your visa is currently invalid and you cannot use it to travel and you can not use it to board . You are required to return to the consulate for a follow up interview on or before the .... of ... 20 or your visa will be revoked .

I believe there's something you're not telling us here because your company should be the one handling your visa and a 43 days event get big k-leg... Who is sponsoring your trip?

The convention is for 3 days not 43 days. The company only sent me the Invitation Leter to go apply for my visa. What do you think my company will do to help me get the visa? They are ready to do it.

I’m in the north east, flights are between around $2k are extremely long , the ones between $3k-$4k have decent flight time.

Sorry. Your visa will be likely if not already cancelled. Likely a new information popped up or they followed up on the information you presented during interview and something does not check.

Did you lie or misrepresent anything during your last interview ?
Did you overstay, work, recieve medical treatment with insurance , commit crime on your last US trip?

Thank you for your response sir

Wetin concern National Assembly with U.S visa? ooohhh it has affected 1 or 2 of them.

Their resolution is completely misdirected, but at least they are showing interest in something that is a concern for some Nigerians.... perhaps because elections are coming up? I would like to believe that the motivating factor is complaints from their larger constituents and not just immediate family.

The solution is very easy and they should know it. There was a time when Nigerians could get a visa on arrival at JFK. I was a recipient of this benefit as a child many years ago. They should go and examine the difference in Nigeria's situation between those times and now. It is not rocket science. Make Nigeria great and we shall benefit from visa waiver grin

Not quite 50, but good guess. Even in the 80's, the British council in Ibadan was issuing visas to Ibadan residents. I recall a relative who travelled with my family geting his visa from there with relative ease.
