Fortunately my infinix note 10 fingerprint is still working since over one year now. I guess the secret is to avoid any system update or just based on chance,who knows

Please, can someone kindly help me with the solution to this Sim Processor syncing sim contact that removes the Network on my newly bought Infinix Hot 11 play.

While browsing, I will notice a lag for some seconds, then network disappears on both sim with a circular icon rotating at the top of the screen and when I check in the background, I see Sim Processor syncing sim contact, then after a while, the network comes back, this can happen for more than 10 times in a day and sometimes less than 30 minutes between interval.

I save all contacts to my Gmail, the two MTN SIM Cards are recovered as my previous phone was stolen so I had to do a welcome back and have since refrained from saving contacts on the Sims but rather to my Gmail.

This phone "Infinix Hot 11 Play" is just 2+ Months old and I am tired of this as it can halt browsing when I am in the middle of doing something very important and people have told me that sometimes when they call, my number says not available and I feel this is when this Sim Processor syncing sim contact is happening.

Is this phone damaged or does it have a factory defect or is this a software issue? Who has encountered this please and how did you resolve it?

Kindly help me with a way forward.

I got my Infinix S5 for 45k.
64gb, 4gb ram

My Infinix s5 lite charges so slow most times, I have changed USB cables and charger heads severally, it seems to work well for maybe a week when I just change cables and then go back to default, please anyone have an idea of what can be done to savage it.

if its still under warranty you dont need to pay . but the cost is not fixed , so i will advice you visit calcare first

Please sire my Infinix was showing an alarm notification that refused to clear, I decided to restart it but it kept restarting and switching off and on continuously, it comes on shows the INFINIX logo and goes off, then the cycle continues, I have tried doing a hard reset, volume up + power button but it simply keeps on offing and coming on. The problem of incessant turning on and off of your phone is caused by your phone's power button malfunctioning. You can easily solve this by massaging the power button gently or harder if the problem persist or better still take it out for repair
