please, my infinix hot 5 is not up to 5 months old and it's misbehaving already. recently, I noticed that the screen suddenly goes blur. I don't know how to describe the sight. You know when you're trying to make a black and white television clear, you turn the antenna until it gets clear, that blurrness is what I am taking about.
it behaved like that about four weeks ago, and now, today, it popped up again.
it does this for like 30 seconds and trips off and on by itself.
I bought this phone in March. and I have taken good care of it. I don't do much on it except visit nairaland, chat, read my PDF textbooks.
please , what could be the cause? I am thinking of returning it. the pack and charger is still intact

While charging my phone 2weeks ago I found out it blew, for a while I couldn't charge but then it picked up. Fast forward to recently I noticed slow charging,although changing chargers solved it. But now, things are just stagnant, the phone doesn't charge anymore(its always stagnant on the % & sometimes regresses) as I am typing I have been charging 3% for 2hrs

my infinix hot 6 pro is showing ''phone master is running'' from the very first day i bought it. what does it mean? and the phone doesn't display 4G network.

its no issue, its simply mens your phone master app is running.4G is largely dependent on your network operator.

My infinix note 4 got stuck at XOS Hummingbird logo,i did a factoryreset,mobile restarted & showed "hi"screen . After connecting to WIFI, i get the option either "start as fresh device" or "copy data/app from other android or iphone or cloud" but both options don't work. When i click either options, it says "Checking info" but returns back to same "data recovery" screen. Can only go back to "hi there" not forward. I wipedon't the phone again yet no solution. Can anyone help with a solution?
