Federal Government has finally taken what many see as a decisive move against kidnappers and their sponsors with the arrest of key perpetuators of the kidnappings and dreaded ritual murder network who are members of akpabio government. reliable sources say that at the police headquarters in uyo signals has just been received that will see the mass redeployment of most of the officers in the state. a new unit of mobile policemen has just been ordered in, with instructions to concentrate stop and search on luxurious cars and vehicles with government number plates,the directorate OF STATE SECURITY SERVICES(NSO) in akwa ibom state will be likely affected too as the federal government starts implementing reports of security misconducts in the state.



Information gathered also indicate that several commissioners might be called up for questioning and detention especially those connected with the movement of large cache of arms,ammunitions and uniforms said to be in connection with akpabios bid for 2011 elections. the operation meant to soften the grounds for all contestants for the election will also reach out to leaders of akpabios mobilization groups,ritual doctors and pastors,hired assasins and informants etc who are confirmed to be in the security list of the government. similar operations is ongoing In bayelsa where the EFCC has swopped in on nearly all the entire executive of the bayelsa state government including associates and cronies.
