Please were you able to collect your package?? I'm having similar issues as well.

1) Goto the post office with your tracking number. If they can't trace it...

2) Goto Aliexpress, click on the order, open a dispute. they will refund your money within 5dayz.

Ur number 2 doesn't make sense
Once a tracking details shows failed delivery, it means the item has arrived destination country and d post office ppl attempted to deliver it but couldn't, hence the "failed delivery"


If u open dispute that u didn't receive ur item, aliexpress cant help u, its ur duty to go and collect ur item

Some ppl don't select the right postal codes for their delivery address making it hard for the post office workers to locate them
