Trimodal Logistics Limited secured a contract from a client to move all their containers (40ft and 20ft) to their port in Kaduna and Kano.
Looking for Flatbed trailers with Double axial, and also for other contracts we require 30 tons tipping jobs at hand.

The client owns a bonded terminal and dry port in the said locations.
The client has over 30,000 containers to move on a yearly basis.


The content of the containers is unknown to all parties, it’s a bonded container which no one has authority to open until it get's to the said port in Kaduna and Kano where Customs Officials will open it, conduct examination prior delivery.


The Client has the licence to move bonded containers from Lagos to Kaduna/Kano port therefore Nigerian Customs assigns Customs escort to all containers to be moved. There are also documents to back up the movement to prevent anyone who may want to stop the movement while in transit.

All registered Hauliers will be given all necessary documents and signed MOU with Trimodal in this regards.

Arrangements are being made for export so containers can carry goods back to Lagos from any of the locations, prices for that will be advised soon.

Payment term is 60% advance and 40% when the container is returned back with the container card.

Price per trip:

20ft container from Lagos to Kaduna
40ft container from Lagos to kaduna from lagos to kano

As regards to the meeting held, there is a registration fee to be paid for the Haulage service Application form of N20,000 naira here is the account details:

These documents are to be submitted with the payment slip, and find attached the two forms (Haulage service application form) and (guarantor form) the guarantor forms to be submitted is two.

1.Letter of Authority from the truck owner.
2.List of trucks
3.Photocopy of Vehicle papers
4.Two guarantors (corporate or individuals)
Photocopy of GIT
Photocopy of Fidelity guaranty(Insurance)
