lol, that one na popular thing for our league, the strikers are just too goal shy, you should have known that from the way most matches end with 1 0, 1 1, 0 0, 0 0, 0 0, 0² scorelines.

Blame the coaches for their poor finishing, i don't think our local coaches know what they call shooting practice

Dont let it surprise you David. Some quality matches are being played here. I make sure I go to
the stadium at least once a week and I see some good football being played.

Quality coverage has been a problem and Super Sport has helped a lot. We still need better pitches
and better officiating.

Guys did you see the pace in those games. Those guys are pretty fast. I wonder why the super eagles play at such a slow sluggish pace.

Yes, Kano pillars have the highest crowd so far, look at the stadium anytime there's a game there, it's always jam-parked.

You are right there, they all worship European leagues,which the Europeans don't care,if we live talk less of viewing our football.
I bet,if 5 companies like Glo,Zain,Shell,Oando,Chevron and Dangote should contribute and sponsor the league,you would be surprised,how motivated and goals would fall like water.

Most players there are afraid of injury,so they play less and most matches end with less than 3 goals, in Seria A last week a match ended with more than 7 goals as the teams played like,if it was the world cup finals.
I didn't know they could play so much and some betting company are already featuring Nigerian Premier league and its a good development.

You are right there but sponsorship deals ($$$) and the rule of law would cage them,take German leagues for example,if you get caught its a life ban and prison terms, so its a 2 way sword but i don't think all referees would be that bad to sell all the matches as many still love the game and aiming higher to coordinate international matches under FIFA.

yes, i know it's the betting stuff, but then do you remember the kinda scandals that rocked the German and Italian league few years ago? it was due to match fixing (betting companies and the refs), so it will affect us alot here, remember that our justices system is not that strong to tackle things like this.

Kano Pillars players are very mobile and creative. However, there are a lot of incredible misses that left me stunned in most of the clips
