I just bought a Benz C180 2002 model. (Germany)
I am being advised to sell immediately, that it is highly expensive to maintain
Pls advise-shld i sell or use it

Don't mind them. It's a very durable vehicle.
It doesn't break down often and it's rear wheel drive.
On the average it's more durable than its Japanese rivals.
C180 also comes with a 4 cylinder engine giving you great fuel economy.

The persons asking you to sell probably want you to go for a Toyota Camry or corolla abi? Na so dem dey talk. And I doubt those persons even know about cars.
You can never compare a Toyota and a Benz of its year in any way.

Back to the topic, the car you bought is a very cool car. Easy to maintain, rear wheel drive, very fuel efficient, rugged and very balanced on the road.

Just make sure you change oil and other fluids as at when due, and you are good to go.
