If I should be a lady in such scenairo, I will leave that relationship and never look back. That shows he has no control of his body and has chew his patience. If he impregnates a lady before legally married to her, definitely and certainly he will impregnates more after the marriage.

I don't know how old u are but u may be looking at your age (thinking if I leave him now , how long will I stay b4 another guy comes?....)..... but my dear its always said that ...a failed relationship is better than a failed marriage....if that guy don't cheat on u again, then that woman carrying his child will keep bringing her child to your house to cause problem in d future......so decide wisely.
