What do we expect? When we have the kind of parents that would rather say: I won't have a girl (because of the rot in the moral fabric of society), than improve themselves and elevate their commitment to their child so that they can instill the required set of morals into them. They say they would prefer to have sons because boys can survive (and probably perpetuate) this decay without being shamed by society. Why wouldn't society shame and stigmatize these sorts of people? In fact, people who reason like this should be neutered; they should not be parents at all, because society should not entrust them with nurturing any elements of it when they have nothing to lose. What do we expect when authorities are more concerned with people critiquing the government on social media (and tagging it hate speech) than eradicating real-life miscreants like this piece of scum parading himself in broad daylight, and people who scam other people for money all over the internet. How do we teach boys not to be rapists? We stop telling them that women are born 'help-mates' to men. Stop all kind of teachings that lead them to beleive that women are in any way destined to fulfill their desires or to do their bidding. What nonsense! And we should define our moral values without hypocrisy: if we want to condemn any decadent act, then we should do so whether it's committed by a boy or a girl. If we are okay with boys doing it but scream blue murder when a girl engages in it, then we have a problem with girls and not with said act. And if we cannot establish a culture of total respect for all human beings, how do we teach young boys the values we don't have? Infact, raising boys is a special task that should be left to only the truly capable.
