Every cadet heart rate z high u just HV to learn to control it at the moment of truth. Ur ECG tin, all u need z enough water. Drink enof water prior to the afsb. Wen i say enof I mean enof water. As per camel standard. And on the day of the medicals. Dnt go to mess and if mess z a job parade or any wawa parade find a way to use ur initiative. Dnt get tensed up at all and drink enough water that day again. When u reach MRS or z it airforce base. Dnt join ur fellow candidates in running or playing around, just calm urself and wen d ECG z on u. Bro just think of anything that will gv u peace of mind. Maybe ur sarma or ur coming up sharas. Maybe u r a mummys boy like me, u can anticipate the joy on her face when u finally get selected.
Dz the wala some of us were tot and it worked for us.


Buh the greatest wala that will never stop working z Prayer. Always remember u might not know ur board chairman or CO medicals. But where ur legs won't take u, ur kneels will take you pass there.
