It is not farfetched when you start hearing of various diseases pertaining to the eyes, such as; glaucoma, headache, migraine, myopia, hyper myopia and so forth.As a result of which most specialist hospitals becomes second home to persons with the earlier stated diseases. It is trite that even you do not pray for blindness due to the consistent ways of improving your eyesight and the main fact that you are here on chatdon reading this.

The act of improving the health of the eyes is of great benefit to your health and it is advisable to keep the eye as healthy as possible. The following are simple tips which can be used to keep your eyes healthy and improve your eyesight. They are:

• Eat healthy and not to get filled
The act of eating healthy food like vegetables, legumes, fruits and a balanced form of carbohydrates, protein and vitamins go a long way in the maximum improvement of the eyes. For example, Carrot is a vegetable curated for good eyesight. As such you should step up your health game by eating more carrots today. PS: Carrot, veggies and fruits are easily accessible in the marketplace.

•Exercise
You can also exercise the eyeballs with the eyelids closed and your forehead as a way of improving your eyesight.

•Meditation
Before rising from bed in the morning, you could try this tip of meditation. It doesn't necessarily have to be yoga even though yoga is another medium that works too. So, first thing in the morning is to keep your eyelids closed without putting strain on the eyeball and keep out the noise around. This should take you about 10minutes. This is highly recommended because it is better not to self medicate due to the fact that it does more harm than good. Medical check ups depends on the level of the eye problem. It could be weekly, Monthly or yearly but you should not shy away from visiting the doctors and checking on the health of your eyes. PS: This is not as expensive as it seems.

•Be knowledgeable
As per the saying that: Good health is man's true asset and that ignorance kills faster. You as a human being should have some basic tips about your health, in this case the eyes. Some people say that what you don't know doesn't kill you, mind you, in our world today knowledge is power. In this regards, you could buy books on human health, visit blogs, websites so as to have ample knowledge of improving the health of your eyes as you just did by visiting chatdom to read this article.

•Speak up
If you fall into the category of having inadequate funding in respect of your eyes, please speak up because at the end of the day, you might as well die trying. •Use of eye wares
It is recommended for you to make use of eye wares whether recommended by a specialist or as a medium of preventing sun penetration to the eyes. For instance, persons with myopia or hyper myopia are to use eye glasses recommended by their specialist so as to correct the eye defect and improve the eyes health. Also, it is advisable for you to wear eye glasses or sunshade to prevent sunburn, sun penetration and other foreign items from entering and damaging the eyes.

•Sufficient sleep
Sleep is one of the beautiful ways by which the human body rests and rebuild. You should sleep at the adequate time, at least 8 hours. You should never shortchange sleep for any other activities, eventually it will tell in your health. So therefore, to improve your eyes health and for a better eyesight, a very good and sound sleep is highly recommended.
