Job Title/Description

Creative Writers/ Content Creators

- Responsible for researching and creating contents for our magazine
- Assist the editorial team in editing contents
- Suggest content ideas to the editor

Graphic Artist

- Liaising with management to determine their requirement and budget
- Work closely with our social media manager and support our marketing effort
- Responsible for developing brand concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Involved in the magazine production process from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Responsible for reviewing final layout and suggesting improvement if necessary
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Responsible for preparing drafts or material based on an agreement brief.
- Research and advice the organization on style, genre and other trendy info as it relates to graphic design.

Social Media Manager

Constantly monitor discussions and comments on social media channels & respond/ interact as much as possible in a very upbeat and friendly manner
Manage and actively follow social media and other digital marketing methods and integrate new ideas and methods into the organization's approaches.
Maintain FB, Twitter and Pintrest accounts (content & imagery & engagement)
Maintain social media content calendar
Proactively and creatively engage customers
Stay up to date with industry news
Identify and engage with brand advocates
Identify and engage with industry influencers
Compile monthly reports (metrics in those reports)
Feed social analytics and insights back into the business
