I think motorcycle activities (Okada)  should be stop as from 6pm for now in Ebiraland?

Suggest other way forward on how to stop and rescue this barbaric act?

May God put an end to this, and make the departed soul rest in peace'

I hope he didn't offend some people either by extortion, judgement or otherwise? As usual, Nigerians will type RIP with our Police not doidoing anything to arrest the perpetrators and stop future occurrence.
