How is it the president's fault when some parents decide not send their kids to school?
For decades government in the north has been giving incentives and persuading parents to send their kids to school, but most of them just don't care. Till tomorrow state owned higher institutions are tuition free for female students in my states, boarding secondary school students are transported to and fro in government sponsored vehicles every beginning and end of term. But many parents just don't care.
Blame their parents for the conditions of the kids, not those that chose to educate theirs.
OK how's Yusuf Buhari attending UK university stopping those hawkers from attending a government school close to them?
