Good afternoon. Please I need help concerning my MAcBook Pro. I have been using the computer for some months now, and I've been unable to update it. Aside the fact that the previous owner is still the admin (even if she does not know it), I cannot upgrade the laptop to Mac Sierra. I only discovered that my present OS is Mountain Lion, and its most recent version was in 2011. Please, I need some assistance on how to go about this. Most persons I've met have recommended that I should swap the iOS for Windows, but I ain't ready. I want to use iOS. I am presently based in Ibadan. I would gladly appreciate it if I can find someone who can assist me with upgrading the Operating System in IB, biko - even if it means I have to format the system.
