President Olusegun Obasanjo, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) president(ial candidate, Alhaji Musa Yar’Adua and 22 others have been indicted by a five-man commission of enquiry set up by Abia State government about a week ago.

I support any such indictment 100%. It is overdue and coming too late. This should have been done prior to the INEC deadline. Unfortunately, I don't know if the indictment will hold water as it is coming from Kalu.

However, I do not want Yar' Adua or Jonathan to be President or VP.

Yar' Adua/Jonathan are just a makeover of Atiku by OBJ

if qisqualification at national level holds and is legal and constitutional, why won't it hold at state levels as well as local government level?
obasanjo has seen the importance of nollywood and has decided to take the whole country along so every person is becoming a movie star and whosoever is found wanting may not be seen as a modern man.
in all ramifications, orji uzor is trying to flow by the tune of the day so let every other governor follow suit and indict obj and if possible let ribadu be indicted if he cannot get independence.
by the way, what is Governor Obi of anambra state waiting in indicting Andy Uba. to me Andy uba stands disqualified because he has a proved case of corruption alongside obj for illegally using nigerian no 1 aircraft to smuggle money out of nigerai into the usa.

You may be right, but I in some mysterious way I am hoping that you will be proven wrong.
What a tragedy it will be if 20 years from now no meaningful progress is made in our crusade
against corrupt leadership. It will just be an aborted dream, but hey, life goes on. I just have
to stay put where I am - good or bad (I suppose).

You guys are right, but come to think of it, don't you think Utomi is not the kind of precident we desire for now?
