Unhealthy management is not good for success of any business. Unhealthy management styles include verbal abuse, arrogance​, constant threat of sack, unofficial punishment, illegal suspension and so on. Most abused workers are less productive and have diminished mental efficiency. According to Gallup survey workers under abusive management are less productive.
Abusive bosses also run into problems especially in organization where team work is required for both individual and business success. Abusive bosses are grossly incompetent.
Abusive management style is common practice in LAPO Microfinance Bank among branch managers, compliant officers,area inspectors, area managers and even zonal managers. That is main reason most LAPO staff are rude toward clients and employ Gestapo style of loan recovery. Most loan officers could not complain either directly to branch or state management. And Head Office does not policy that protect non-management staff.
My fear is that if this situation is not addressed urgently, mass resignation of staff is imminent with unimaginable fraudulent practices. Then LAPO may be another Integrated Microfinance Bank in progress.

In lapo, superior must insult, abuse and shout on subordinate. we see it as part of the job. if u are insulted, then pour back the insult on clients because we are also superior in our capacity.
