(1. The headquarters

The headquarters is basically what it is , the Command n control house of your game. It enables you control your units on the ground, air and sea by giving you CP-command points each unit in the game has a defined command point accorded to it when produced hence you must choose your units wisely. More command points can be obtained by upgrading the headquarters under particular conditions with the neccessary resources available

(2) the construction yard

Every base needs space, and yes lots of space and that is what the construction yard gives you, a defined area of space for you build other buildings in a cell format, without the construction yard you cannot build anything or progress in the course of a battle and losing your construction yard to enemy fire during a battle can render other buildings around it useless as they will unable to regenerate their health after being hit
