From experience, the cost of the materials is usually 2 times the cost of workmanship. In other words, a third of the total cost of the project goes to workmanship.

With my own personal experience and your taste is not too high.with 1.5m and 1.8m you can have it in a month time

Do you have a working plan yet? If you do, dis will help. You don't speculate when it comes to building, because each project is unique. Alot of things comes to mind here sir, even after having a plan. Chiefly, site location( where precisely, how is the accessibility?) . Please plan well.

What about cost of raising 2 bed room flat and parlour and 1 toilet and kitchen up to lintel level with foundation to dpc and German floor already done? Also in Ogun State. A relative wants to do such a project before second quarter of next year.

any project that involves a building please keep between 4 to5 Million n forget stories that lure u to tear of uncompleted buildings

building a 1 room flat in not economical as many people think. considering bole hole and fencing with gate. and maybe flooring the compound.

to get a decent 1 room flat with bole hole & fence/gate. will take 3.5 mill. whereas 5mil will get you 4 bedroom bungalow.

Hello, just completed mine at the cost of almost N3M.
Though my living room tiles and POP are of the highest quality. Maybe the Buhari factor played a part in the cost almost topping the N3M naira mark, but you are good to go if you have or can spare N2M for the project. All the best.
