first budget got missing before signing.
second budget could not get anyone to as sign it.

Hmm!! Some of the things he said are correct, if we project the price of oil at $45/barrel and it selling at $55, what happened to the access dollars? (it will be looted)

The foreign reserves are climbing astronomically as we speak, why?

We are saving quite a lot. We need the reserves to get $40 billion at least.

The effects on foreign investments are profound as investor confidence will return.

The assertion shows the shallow thought process put into the write up. Bototm line is that for 2018 fiscal year to be better for the average Nigerian, our government must spend. Period!!!

The FG revenue can hardly finance the recurrent expenditure. While we have debt service and capital expenditure to be financed largely by borrowing. There's an inbuilt imbalance already. And it's the capital side that suffers just like 2016 and 2017 budgets. That's why budgetary impacts are hardly felt.
