how many times he needs to raise the object to expend 8*10^6j:

I just went through an article online, which clearly states that OOU does not consider second choice applicants,no matter your jamb score and post UTME, but I picked the school as my second choice, and I chose Agricultural economics which had a total of 21 applicants last year,my question now is that since the number of applicants isn't much can't I be considered?
or who else knows a state university that accepts second choice applicants?
or should I change it to my first choice to be sure of getting admitted?

The only school that offers a direct degree in Aeronautical Engineering is Kwara State University...

However, he can study Electrical-Electronics engineering or Mechanical engineering in Covenant University, Afe Babalola University or Landmark University...and travel abroad for a masters degree in Aeronautics...
