Firstly, we are all Humans (Negros)and from a geographical entity called Nigeria.

We are different in terms of belief, language, way of life, world view etc. Our world view is very different most especially those still living in Nigeria.

Diversity can be harnessed for good but for it to happen, the participant most be allowed to fully function in their full creative capacity and their should be mutual respect for ones uniqueness.

Can Nigeria of today harness the full potential of its diversity? My answer in all honesty would be no.
