Hi Nairalanders. I created an EE profile this morning and I got a message that I am not eligible to be in the pool.
I noticed my profile score reads 0 and this shouldn't be case because I currently have over 3 years experience as an HR practitioner, possess a master's degree and I have evaluated my credential with WES. Someone should please come to my aid as I feel there's something I am not doing right.
do you have atleast 6 in all IELTS bands?

What was the amount you quoted? Confirm that it's not below the required amount for POF.... Also, what is your NOC? If it is not O, A, or B then you'll have some challenges.
Maybe some more experienced peeps can contribute to this.

Good evening everyone, can anyone please advise on PNP route that can be explored by a Pharmacist. The two provinces that i know of BC and Manitoba are no options for me because of their stringent requirements.
Re: All Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) Hopefuls- Connect Here. Part 1 by achmed1(m): 10:22pm On Aug 29
Guys doing OINP I am a bit unclear about somethings :

1. Proof of compensation : Is it ok to upload Just payslips ( first and last month) and most recent promotion letter showing details of my annual compensation and benefits signed by Head HR.

Is it mandatory I show bank statement showing salary payment, are payslips and compensation letter enough?

2. Employment History :

I have about 6 years of experience in the relevant NOC 1111.

Do I have to detail my other employment within the last 10 years.

I was a school teacher before I started working under the NOC 1111 - Auditor

If so , do I really need to upload reference letters for those employment.. they aren't relevant to the NOC which OINP is interested in.

Hi all. So I applied for SINP. I have my first degree in engineering and I have a MBA Finance. However, my 7yrs work experience is in banking.
My challenge is that a friend told me today that for my SINP application to be successful, my work experience must be in the same field as my First Degree.
Please, is this truly the case?

Yeah, your friend is right.. however, did you start your banking job after your MBA in finance?

Thanks so much for your response.
I got my MBA 2 years into my banking job. Also, my 7 years work experience is with 2 banks. 3yrs with the first employer (I got my MBA during this period) and 4 yrs now with my current employer.
Does this make me eligible for SINP?

That means you got the job with your BSc.. SINP normally rejects application where the education doesn't match the work experience.....no harm in trying though..

Meanwhile, have you submitted your application or you're still in the pool? which application in particular are you talking about?
Re: All Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) Hopefuls- Connect Here. Part 1 by kcosam: 10:56am On Sep 01
You are eligible to apply to Sinp but your scores may not be competitive enough in the pool because you will lose points from work experience as you can only claim work experience from the date you received your MBA to date which should be around 4 or 5yrs. You can certainly use the months you worked for the previous employer after you got the MBA and add it to the months you have worked so far with the current employer, that should give you the total years of experience. You will need a minimum point of 60 (from age, qualification, IELTS, work experience, and connection to Saskatchewan if any) to get into Sinp pool.
All the best.

Hello brethren, it appears that the PNP has not been picking some tech NOC in their draws- such as 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants)- my current NOC

Im thinking of changing from 2171 to 0213 (Computer and information systems managers)

Now my concern is 0213 doesn't really fit my current profile, however its tweekable because i have experience there.

How will this affect my chances?

Please i need answers o
