If u are using android phone or any internet enabled phone,
Login to your UI Admission Page, Click on Pay Acceptance fee
A page will appear indicating the payment Methods,

Click on Cash @ Bank, U should be able to see ur payment Reference Number on d next page.

Screenshot d page or copy the Payment Reference Number somewhere, visit your nearest Union Bank PLC & pay via Saanapay.

I presume u r a fresher too. While it's not advisable to wait until after deadline, it's doesn't necessarily mean he will lose admission for not making payment before Jan 4.
I suggest he contacts the admissions office and explain his plight.
