Frankly speaking i like eating peperish soup and i have hearing that it ha sno good nutrient or help it does to d body. Specialist what is ur opinion on these? thanks.

i'm actually curious myself.most of the ingredients are a mystery to be but i love it. i doubt if it does more harm to the body than good though. you can view the active ingredients on this thread and see if they're good for you or not.

i'm not familiar with more than half of the ingredients, i don't think it posesses any health hazards tho. but then again, we Nigerians don't always have health on our minds when we eat at times, red meat, hard boiled eggs etc

Dont let me decieve you. I dont really like pepperish soup but doctors in the house can shed more light on this if any health bonus to it.
