He is still part and parcel of the security apparatus and should not be exposed in such a crude manner at any time. He ought to have been officially invited and not accosted in this crass commando manner. There was an ongoing investigation and an arms panel investigation committee set up, those persons were all invited for questioning, perhaps indicted and arrested accordingly. In Ita's case, the DSS was never part of that probe, he'd also never been invited by the EFCC so why the crude arrest drama? Why also invite the press like some public display of power? It's d sane madness DSS displayed in raiding and arresting judges and today they look like fools customers they can't substantiate any of their trumped up accusations.

We all know how EFCC can publicize her frustration when their invitation is not honoured, especially, when a high profile individual is involved. I’m tempted to believe that no formal invitation was issued in this case.
