The bank account they opened for you is a USA and UK ...... bank accounts. But you can connect your local bank account to it so that you can withdraw your funds directly into it but it must also be a dollar account ( domiciliary bank account).

CLARIFICATION ON ISBN:

If you are publishing your book as an eBook or paperback through Amazon, you don't need an ISBN.
