There is a man I know at same new market who will do d job for you. Don't think he will charge you that much. I will try to see him n give send his number to you. won't advice you to spend that much in repairing that decoder though.

thanks...I was told d cpu is faulty(lightning strike) and as such the whole panel needs to be replaced. I await d number. Thanks once again.

Try going to Dish setting and check if LNB Frequency is set at 9.750/10.600 and not 9.750/10.750. Some receivers freeze when scanning if set to 9.750/10.750

then, pls have u tried recording any station onto a flaskhdrive? iv tried all i can to no avail. any ideas why?
