Well, I basically don't know much about these things. I happened to grab an old 2.4m and got an installer to install it for me and it showed me sky sports twice before it stopped working. I asked him and he said it has been blocked and I totally understood him.

I would like to master the DIY of satellites but my dish isn't motorized and turning the things is just too much work for me. And my installer is not good with researches. He relies on others to give him info while he carries on from there. Here in the East there are not Many FTA fans and large dishes up to 4m are quite scarce.

Well, here is what I got from one foreign site. I hope it helps someone even as I really don't know what to do with them until I get my installer to try it.
