An Association Management Company is seeking to add a talented Membership Executive with passion for working in the Association Industry to its team. This is a role for a young creative professional looking to develop a career in the association industry. The ideal candidate will have some experience in engaging members of a professional association, developing and delivering values to members. Candidates with no experience in the association industry, but with strong passion to learn fast will be well positioned.


Role
 Responsible for managing membership records and database.
 Responsible for developing training programs for members
 Responsible for liaising with industry professionals
 Serve as a link point between the membership communities and the governing Council.
 Develop, Organize and Manage various State Chapters of the associations

Education
 Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred
 Strong Preference will be given to creative candidate.


Requirements
 Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Superior Microsoft office application and some database management experience
 Ability to organize details with minimal supervision
 Basic experience with social media and website management
 Ability to multi-task effectively
 Must possess strong ethical values and maintain confidentiality
 Ability to manage the workload for multiple clients simultaneously
 Ability to travel to multiple meetings across the country at short notice
 Ability to research extensively and develop content.
 Ability to work independently and take initiatives
 Age Limit is 30years of age
