Whats Happy About This Month? by thinkmoney(m): 11:15am On Dec 01, 2017
Nigeria has been dragged in the mud for too long...and its all our fault. With our population, resources and diversity, we should be up there with the 'big' nations. But what do we have? We are perceived as pest and germs in Asia; Our girls are seen as tissue-that can be used and disposed off in Europe; our boys are viewed with suspicion in the Americas.
To put salt to injury, we aren't even accorded due respect and regard at home. Down there in South Africa in recent years, our people are used as sitting ducks to vent frustration on by the people there, whenever they feel their economy heat.
In comes the WORST that can happen to any people, SLAVERY!! That word is even proofing inadequate to describe what is happening to our young boys and girls in Libya. How will you describe a situation whereby our boys and girls aren't only used for farming without pay, but on many occasions, their organs are even forcefully harvested. And to think of the 'sacrifice' our government have used Nigeria taxpayer money to make for Africa?!
I can't wish you guys happy new month here, while my brothers are there in Libya feeling bad they are still alive witnessing another month.. with no promise, no hope!!!
