The lady was denied the promotion cuz she's not from the north!
So many acting directors in the fcta are solo runners who have nothing to do with their sub's
I have a friend who works with one of the agencies where the acting director rendered the staff redundant while bring in friends and family from his northern state to handle jobs in the agency
But very soon he will be confirmed cuz he's a northerner

If you ever become a great man in future (which is extremely possible) it will be more dignifying for somewhere in your biography to read that you washed plates in a restaurant or did conductor to feed than for people to find out you begged for money online. A lot of great people have something like that in their history and they bear it with great pride.
