Pls is it just me, are filling stations not selling fuel anymore? Is there a scarcity? In Ikeja area, and filling stations are not selling. Or is it every december fuel becomes scarce?. Are the filling stations deliberately hoarding fuel cos its painful to buy fuel at N145 and still experience scarcity.
