I don't understand why I should provide a resident permit as one of the criteria needed for npower verification when I am a Nigerian. I thought resident permit is for foreigners! To think I'm to get it for 1500NGN is ridiculous. GOVERNMENT SHOULD PLS DO SOMETHING.
