I tuned in to the program on Wazobia FM late so I didn't hear the name of the pastor, it was a radio program anchored by OPJ, Evening Oyoyo and it was OPJ that said it. That day he was hammering on the issue of tithe and freeze as well as that of #EndSARSNow. I will do my research, once I get the name of the pastor I will let you know. In fact Freeze has been dropped from the Sunday program because of what the pastor said
