Teamwork is often said to make the dream work. True, but more importantly, it is teaming up with the right persons that will make the dream work out right.

Association is a powerful tool for dream realization. It is defined as an organization of people with a common purpose and having a formal stucture. It is also known as the connection or relation of ideas, feelings, sensations, etc.; correlation of elements of perception, reasoning or the like.

Here's a story that portrays the power of association:
There was a time the whole world had one language with a common vocabulary. As people moved toward the east, they found a plain in Shinar [Babylonia] and settled there. They said to one another, “Let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used bricks as stones and tar as mortar. Then they said, “Let’s build a city for ourselves and a tower with its top in the sky. Let’s make a name for ourselves so that we won’t become scattered all over the face of the earth.”
The LORD came down to see the city and the tower that the descendants of Adam were building. The LORD said, “They are one people with one language. This is only the beginning of what they will do! Now nothing they plan to do will be too difficult for them. Let us go down there and mix up their language so that they won’t understand each other.” So the LORD scattered them all over the face of the earth, and they stopped building the city. This is why it was named Babel, because there the LORD turned the language of the whole earth into babble. From that place the LORD scattered them all over the face of the earth.

Your association can either encourage your success towards a goal, or attract failure to you.
You can't associate with a wise man and not be wise. Likewise you can't associate with a fool and not be a partaker of folly.

The people in the story you just read were said to be 'people with one language and a common vocabulary'. In other words, they were people who were on the same page when they talked. Their ideas, dreams abmitions and desires were coherent. And mentally, they were in sync. These are the kind of persons you should associate yourself with in other to make a dream work out right: people like yourself.

A wise man once defined a friend (which is another term for associate) as a replica of oneself.
Surround yourself with associates capable of executing an assignment in the same manner as you would, that think in sync with you, that are on the same page with you in speech, and that have similar dreams to yours.
And the skies will be no limit to what you can achieve together.
