the APC as a party is regional and between south west and north. this two region can rotate the presidency without any help or significance from rochas okorocha or south east. during the 2015 election. despite okorocha arrogance. pdp score up to 500,000 votes from IMO alone and rochas could only delivered 100,000 votes for APC. in fact the whole of south east okorocha couldn't deliver 150,000 votes for APC. APC will never take okoracha serious and release the presidency to okorocha or anyone from the south east regions. except okorocha is looking at sympathy vote from APC north and South west to win. attach is 2015 result for imo.
