You don't know it... move to the next immediately. scan questions to see if you know instead of reading the whole questions. That was my mistake

Someone is wants to apply, but his nysc discharge cert is not yet available, because he is in 2016 batch b, stream 2.

They are suppose to be discharged this December (Not yet confirmed though).
