My name is Kelvin, I also go by Chuks. I'm an Entrepreneur, Educator and Consultant, based in Delta State, Nigeria.

I possess expertise in Agriculture, with specialty in fisheries production, processing and marketing. I have over 9 years experience in the sector.

I'm currently building an Innovative food company with a mission to make quality nutrient-rich foods more accessible and affordable.

OPPORTUNITY:
There is a huge untapped opportunity for specialist fisheries producer in my target market; and I have made meticulous plans to capture a significant market share in year 2018.
It is a niche product, that while being essential, is largely under served from a local perspective (limited competition).

I'm being deliberately vague to protect my idea.

No doubt; we aim for a minimum ROI of 500%. That said, I won't insult your intelligence by creating an impression that this is an easy-peasy money doubling scheme.

What we do, or aim to do, isn't really as fancy as manipulating international virtual currencies.
It's actually the mundane task of actually producing real goods and rendering real services; albeit in a novel way.

SO FAR:
I've been working on this for some time now; have acquired farmland, buildings and facilities (90%) valued at over N30 Million; through personal savings and family support.

I recently got a large contract to supply 100,000 pcs of the product. Also currently pursuing larger contracts (500,000 pcs and 1,000,000 pcs).

I need you.

The plan is to upgrade production facilities to a level where it can meet growing demand.

FUNDING:
• Plan to raise a minimum capital of N5,000,000 to kick-start full operations by January 2018.
• Target between '1' to a maximum of '5' investors.
• 24 months cycle for short-term investors ROI (Return On Investment).
• Finance will be used to complete facilities and fund working capital.


Investment could be done as:
• Loan
• Profit-sharing or
• Partnership / Shareholding options.


WHAT YOU STAND TO GAIN
• Each investment option comes with varying, yet substantial ROI (between 100 - 1000% and above). Terms will be negotiated and exit strategy (where required) clearly defined.

That won't be a problem.

There are many advantages to being located in Delta compared to Lagos: Lower cost, Fewer competitors, emerging markets, large demand base etc.
Delta State is a gateway into South-southern and South-eastern states.
