I have actually suggested that banks should not be issuing atm cards to all customers they should only give to people that could use it cos some people's behaviour at atm machines have defeated the idea of atms.

If not for the oldies that take their time when operating the machine, I would have agreed with him (maybe cold water in place of tear gas sha). Some people don't know how to operate the machine yet they will be too proud to ask for help. Some have insufficient balance, yet they will keep trying over and over again as if by some miracle money will enter their account. One was in front of me recharging multiple lines even after we directed him to a machine that was not dispensing, can't you just effing dial *737*number# instead of wasting people's time? It's people like that that deserve to be teargassed out of the queue.

The most annoying thing is when a person comes with ATM cards to withdraw money for his ancestors and living family members.

I'm telling u. I was driving around Ajah area, i saw an ATM machine at First bank with low queue, decided to park and join d queue. Immediately, i noticed the guy at the machine was holding about 5 ATM cards, and was busy withdrawing about 2k from each card. After which, he loaded his line and also did a transfer, spending about 20minutes on d machine. because of that , others started bringing out different ATM cards from their wallet and bags, i just had to leave that place.
