1st thing you need to know where you want to go in the US.
2nd- Get a doctor and hospital around that place you want to base.
3rd- Fill your application form B2 because you are going for medical.
4th- get all your documents ready.. I.e bank statement, hospital appointment letter, letter from your organization, proof of where you will stay etc..
5th-pray for favour for your interview
6th-change your naira to dollar
7th- know the date you want to travel and book a flight...
I think I have tried a little but I will advise you to read from the beginning of this volume 6 and get all the necessary information you want. Before you can ask questions.

I am sorry but can you state the doctor's name and the name of the hospital and in what city in NJ? Also can you provide an idea of total cost for non complicated delivery? Thanks!

Ebony84, well done, was about recommending same...I have used him previously in 2015, DR F.
so for New Jersey bound mums, google him, best of luck! and to my fellow ESTA/ NO visa needed mums, guess its best to apply wisdom at POE!

The DS3035 Form, his Nigerian passport, copy of his data page, your own copy of data page (if he has it handy).he shouldn't sign the form. He will sign it in the presence of the notory.

Hello, I believe what you are asking is not allowed here. The name of the Doc's practice or office is NJ Best OB GYN.......based in Clifton NJ.
You can google that and call them. Also, you dont have to be so close to the location, I also did some commute to attend appointments, about 35 mins or so. As per the hospital, when you call , they will tell which hosp they use. i believe they have changed hospital from the last time i used them.

Paid on arrival. I'll advise you fill the form and pay online as I was delayed and trust our naija people server is down no network etc.
To get it over quickly after you have the approval fill the online form and get a unique reference number to use to get your visa in naija.

Hi everyone. Please I really need help on this issue and advice. I have a valid medical visa. I had my 1st child in the usa and I want to go again to have my 2nd one in October. I’d like my grandma to go with me and her visa is next week. Is it advisable for her to go for interview while I’m still here or move the date forward and let her go for the interview when I’m there already. We are scared they might cancel my visa or it might affect me with the way they are doing anyhow these days. I’ll be giving her my data page and my daughter’s own as well.
